Hello Kitty Home Decor

Hello Kitty was invented by a Japanese company, Sanrio, in 1974.  She is the most popular and famous of their many cute cartoon characters.  Her popularity started in the US, spread quickly to Asian countries, and then hit the rest of the world. Hello Kitty has a profile.  Her last name is White.  Her birthplace is suburban London, England, where she still lives with her parents and her twin sister, Mimmy, in an unknown town.  They have lots of friends at school.  Miss Kitty has a red ribbon bow on her left ear and a fluffy round ball-shaped tail. In Japan, the auto company, Mira, even built a Hello Kitty car. In addition, Sanrio pairs Hello Kitty with other of the company’s characters, including Chococat, My Melody, and Tenorikuma.  While developed to appeal to little girls; surprisingly, many products have found an appeal among adults as well!

Hello Kitty products include furniture, bedding, backpacks, clocks, towels, wallets, coin purses, watches, clothing, fabrics, cameras, music players, stationary, cutlery, lunchboxes, wallpaper, rugs, kitchen appliances, and more.  Talk about bags!  Hello Kitty has many designs and sizes of book bags, gym bags, totes, diaper bags, lunch bags and boxes, backpacks, handbags, messenger bags, and shoulder bags.

Toys include several versions of different-sized, plush Hello Kitty with a full wardrobe available.
